An Oskaloosa woman was charged with her third OWI and multiple child endangerment charges Sunday.
According to court records, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on Emalee Greiner, 31, and observed bloodshot eyes and an alcoholic odor, and observed that Greiner was transporting five children in the vehicle. Greiner admitted to drinking alcohol approximately an hour before driving. Greiner failed the field testing, and registered a blood alcohol content of .134. Greiner is charged with her third OWI, a class D felony, five counts of child endangerment, and driving while license revoked among other charges. Greiner was released on a $5,000 bond.
