The first four games of the Knoxville Football Season is not going to be an easy ride. The Panthers travel to Fairfield this Friday, then host Saydel, and Centerville on back-to-back Friday’s with a trip to Chariton in week four. Not to mention a five game district schedule with the likes of Pella, Oskaloosa, and Newton among others. Coach Eric Kellar tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his teams’ mindset is to go into each game with the attitude to win. The Panthers beat Fairfield last year in Knoxville 49-14, Both teams are different this season with Fairfield adding some new personnel and Knoxville playing several younger players with little varsity experience.
