The Mack Jorth era is officially underway for the Pleasantville football team, as the head coach took over for Graig Eichenberger in April.
Getting used to a program can take some time, but Jorth feels that he hit the ground running with the help of his coaching staff and players.
“I inherited the five coaches from before and they are great teachers that treat the kids very well and help them grow as young men. These kids have had a great attitude and approach with everything we ask them to do.”
Jorth took over for the Trojans after three years as an assistant coach at Bondurant-Farrar. He will make his Pleasantville debut next Friday hosting Lynnville-Sully.
