It will be the first look at the 2018 season for Pleasantville and PCM tonight, as the two teams meet up on the gridiron for a scrimmage.
The two squads come into the season on opposite ends of the experience spectrum. PCM brings back nine starters on offense and seven on defense from a team that went 7-2 a year ago. Among those returners include quarterback Reed Worth, who threw for 1,534 yards and 24 touchdowns in 2017. Pleasantville was a state quarterfinal team a year ago at 8-3 but lost all but one starter on each side of the ball. Grant Fouch was the lone starter where he had eight receptions for 125 yards offensively and 23 tackles defensively.
JV will start the night at 6 p.m. with the varsity to follow at 7 p.m. in Pleasantville.
