Outside hitter Landry Luhring became the second Central College freshman volleyball player to be an all-tournament team this season, receiving the honor at the Red Hawks Invitational hosted by Ripon College.
In four matches, Luhring had 51 kills on 126 attempts to register a .253 hitting percentage. She compiled 58 digs and added eight service aces. Central went 2-2 on the weekend. Outside hitter Krissa Larson was previously named to the all-tournament team at the Gargoyle Classic hosted by the University of Chicago.
Now 5-7 on the season, Central faces Buena Vista University at 7 p.m. Tuesday night inside P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium.
