A weekend out of competition saw the Central College men’s cross country team slip one spot to No. 9 in the latest U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III Central Region poll.
The Central Region is for schools located in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska. Carleton College stayed atop the rankings in the second week, and Wartburg College was unchanged at No. 2. Loras College is the only other American Rivers Conference team in the rankings at No. 4. The Dutch are back in action on Saturday, September 29 for the Rim Rock Classic, hosted by the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
