Despite a lot of teams shuffling in front of the them, the Pella volleyball team remained 6th in Class 4A in the latest rankings released by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union.
This is fourth consecutive poll with the Lady Dutch sitting in that spot after starting the year No. 5. A new No. 1 reached the top of 4A, with Sergeant Bluff-Luton leaping over previously top-rated Xavier. Dallas Center-Grimes dropped from 3rd to 5th after a loss to No. 13 in 5A Indianola this week, with Wahlert (3rd) and Independence (4th) each moving to fill the vacancies.
Pella next travels to Oskaloosa Tuesday night.
