The auditions for All-State Music Festival took place this weekend, with Indianola High School well represented in the final selections.

Twelve students were selected to participate, with Kate Juaron and AnneMarie Tate selected for band, Annika Shaw chosen for orchestra, and Alissa Johnson, Hannah McClintock, Maggie Peterson, Majesty Constable, Terrill Hagener, Jillian Wells, Connor Lynch, Parker Hansen, and Liam Christensen chosen for choir. The Iowa All-State Music Festival, presented by by the Iowa High School Music Association and Iowa Music Educators Association, will be held on November 15-17 at Iowa State Center in Ames. The ticket price will be $22 for that Saturday’s concert, with online sales beginning today.
