Numerous area volleyball players earned all-district distinction from the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.

From Pella, Emily Holterhaus and Natalie Clayberg were named to the Class 4A southeast team. Holterhaus had the 2nd most kills and kills per set in the class, finishing with 542 and 5.47 per set. Clayberg tallied 215 kills for the Lady Dutch, finishing with 808 in her career. Katie Keitges of Knoxville was also selected to the all district team. The junior had 320 kills this season, and now has 620 in her career.

In Class 2A, Mary Kate Bandstra and Emma Huisman of Pella Christian were selected to the central team. Bandstra was 10th best in 2A with her 468 digs, and Huisman had 587 assists in her second straight season earning all-district honors.
