A debut season that started with a title at the Dutch Invitational will finish today at the NCAA Division III Championships for Central College women’s cross country runner Miranda Kruiswyk.

The Dutch women will be represented on the national level in back-to-back years following Holly McKinney’s 131st place effort at the 2017 NCAA Division III Championships.

Kruiswyk will run on the 6,000-meter course at Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wisconsin amongst a field that features 32 seven-person squads and 56 individual qualifiers. She earned her spot by finishing ninth at the NCAA Division III Central Regional last weekend in Waverly, clocking in at 22 minutes, 28.8 seconds. In her first crack at the Lake Breeze Golf Club course, Kruiswyk crossed the line in 22 minutes, 32 seconds to take 19th at the Pre-National Invitational on October 13.
