Numerous members of the Lady Dutch and Eagles volleyball teams were selected to the All-Little Hawkeye Conference team.

On the first team, Emily Holterahus and Natalie Clayberg were named to the first team, as was Emma Huisman of Pella Christian. In conference matches, Holterhaus was a dominating offensive presence — by far the best in the Little Hawkeye, with 211 kills in 33 sets, and a kill efficiency of .407, all of which are tops in conference competition. Clayberg tallied 79 kills in conference matches, good for seventh. Emma Huisman racked up 227 assists (6.68 per set) and 14 blocks. Second team honorees included Libero Kennady Klein and Middle Jenna Schulte of Pella, and Libero Mary Kate Bandstra with Pella Christian. The Lady Dutch finished in 2nd place during the Little Hawkeye Conference season and 3rd at the tournament, and the Eagles nabbed 4th place in the regular season and 5th at the finals.
