The Simpson Storm men’s basketball team picked up an upset victory over #10 Wisconsin-Platteville Tuesday night 97-86 with a huge second half.

The Storm were down at the break 46-41, but fought back to the tie the game at 50 where Simpson went on a run. Taylor Filbert hit one of his four three pointers to give the Storm a lead they would not relinquish for the rest of the game, including a 10 point run to get the lead to 81-69. Conor Riordan continued his torrid start to the season, scoring 26 points while Adam Reiter (righter) score 21. The Storm are now 4-1, on a 4 game win streak, and will next play at Milliken on Sunday.
