The Indianola girls basketball team moved to 2-1 on the season with a demolishing of Des Moines North 67-19.

It was all Indians from start to finish, getting a lead early in the first and owning a healthy lead at halftime 28-14. But the third quarter was where the Indians put the game away, scoring 27 points and holding the Polar Bears scoreless. Kendall Clatt was the leading scorer with 15, and Mara Bishop had 12 with 11 total girls seeing the scoresheet and the team as a whole made 12 shots from beyond the arc. The Indians will next play on Friday in a Little Hawkeye Conference doubleheader at Pella.
