The Knoxville Wrestlers finished eighth in a loaded field at the Newton Invitational on Saturday. The Panthers got two third place medals from Gabe Gordon at 126 pounds, and Coby Meyer at 182 pounds. During the meet, Meyer also notched his 100th career varsity win. The Panthers will now await their arch rivals from across the river as Pella pays a visit to Knoxville in the Panthers home opener this Thursday.
