Indianola Municipal Utilities is moving out of Indianola City Hall today, and will be fully set up in their new location on Monday.

City Manager Ryan Waller tells KNIA News with IMU expanding it made sense for them to get a new facility.

“Previously bills would be paid here at City Hall, and we provided a financial contribution for them to handle billing including for our wastewater which the city is responsible for. With the new facility, if residents want to pay their bill or ask any questions about their utilities, that’s where they will go.”

The new building is located at 210 W 2nd Ave. and residents will have the opportunity to use walk-up stations at the new location for service, sign-up, and support.
