A Celebration of Life for Richard Stout will be held on Sunday, January 13th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton.

Memorials are requested to the Chariton Volunteer Fire Department, Chariton High School Athletics, or to the Lucas County Veteran’s Memorial Park.
