Anytime Fitness in Pella is holding a special educational session at their location in Pella at 7 p.m. Personal Trainer Barry Westerkamp says that they will offer tips to stay on track with weight loss. He says only 8% of people that aim to lose weight at the beginning of the year stick with their plans.
