A massive amount of police work resulted in the arrests of two out of state residents for allegedly tagging several structures in Pella with graffiti early Wednesday morning. Eighteen-year-old Maxwell Moon of Loveland, Ohio and 21-year-old Nathan Harrah of Syracuse, New York are each charged with second degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony. Police Chief Michael Marcinkowski says three officers dedicated a whole day to just getting the leads together to start an enforcement action.
