Pella Boys Golf Finishes 6th in Class 3A State Golf Meet

The Pella boys golf team improved on their score from day one by six strokes shooting a 334 on the final day of the Class 3A State Golf Tournament yesterday, and moved up one spot in the team standings to finish sixth overall with a two day total of 674.

Pella Boys Golf Wins Class 3A Sectional Over Three Time Defending State Champs Ballard..Knoxville Finishes Fourth

The Pella boys golf team picked a perfect time to shine as they won the Class 3A Sectional Golf meet at Willow Creek in Des Moines yesterday shooting a 304, three strokes better than three time defending state champions Ballard who finished second with a 307. Knoxville finished fourth with a 342 led by Blake McWilliams with an 84 and saw their season come to an end.

Pella Boys Golf Wins Triangular and LHC Regular Season Dual Title….Post Season Begins Today

In their final tune up before today’s Sectional meet, the Pella boys golf team continued their recent success winning their final conference triangular over Oskaloosa and Norwalk with a 155, Oskaloosa was second with a 162 and Norwalk shot a 163. With the win, Pella also wins the LHC regular season dual meet title.

Pella Boys Win LHC Golf Tournament, PC Third, Knoxville Finishes Seventh

After losing the conference tournament by one stroke last year, the Pella boys golf team once again is on top, winning the LHC tournament at South Tama yesterday with a 315, five strokes better than second place Oskaloosa’s 320, Pella Christian finished third with a 327 and Knoxville was seventh with a 346.
