Iowa Conference Awards Handed Out to Central wrestlers

The Central College wrestling team had four athletes garner all-Iowa Conference distinction after their performances at the NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Regional last Saturday All-conference honors were handed out to the top-three finishers amongst league competitors at the NCAA Division III Central Regional meet that took place on February 25.

Epic Comeback for Central Wrestlers in Home Finale

Central Wrestling Dominates Competition in 2016 Debut

Off for nearly a month, the Central wrestling team lost just one match on the night yesterday in their home triangular. The Dutch pounded the University of the Ozarks, 57 – 0, and Davenport, 43 – 3. Central recorded ten pins, and a total of 13 bonus-point victories. They improve to 4 – 1 in dual meets, and will turn their attention to tournament competition in their home Under Armour Invitational this morning at 10:00 a.m.
