Williamsburg was everything Pella thought they would be, and the Raiders showed it, getting off to an early 20 – 0 lead, and beating the Little Dutch in a sound 54 – 27 victory.
One thing for Pella that has held true for them during their regular season run was their abilities on defense, and in tonight’s game against the visiting Keokuk Chiefs, the Little Dutch will really need their “D” to be playing their “A” game.
Pella High sent quite a statement last night scoring early and often on their way to a commanding 56-0 win over ADM in the second round of the Class 3A football playoffs.
In a defensive battle, 4th seeded Pella made the plays when it counted to gain a 10-7 win at second seeded Grinnell last night in the opening round of the Class 3A high school football playoffs.
