Memorial Services for David Allen Wagner, aged 65, of rural Knoxville, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the Living Word Fellowship Church in Knoxville.  Burial will follow services at Graceland Cemetery.  No visitation is planned.  An open memorial has been established.
