The Knoxville Area Community Theatre’s showing of Death By Dessert begins its four-day run today at the Swamp Fox in Knoxville. Director Jennifer Bingham says that they’ve opted to host a dinner theatre for the first time since the VA was closed due to a lot of comments and suggestions from their patrons. As for the play itself, Bingham says Death By Dessert is a comedic murder-mystery about two rival Italian families and the death of the landlord they share.

The play runs at the Swamp Fox tonight thru Sunday afternoon, with a spaghetti dinner starting at 6pm and the show starting at 7pm. Sunday’s matinee shows starts at 2pm and does not have dinner. Dessert will be served during intermission of all performances.
