East 13th street in Pella closed to through traffic on Monday. Surface repairs were needed on 13th St. from University to Coal. One lane will be open by Thursday, and the road should be completely open sometime next week. Only limited traffic will be allowed on this section of the street at this time, if possible, drivers are asked to take 12th St. as a detour route.
