Melcher-Dallas opened the 2012 season Friday night with high expectations, and did not disappoint fans last night in a sound 46-30 win at Colo-Nesco.

Melcher-Dallas quickly and decisively made sure there would be no drama in clinching its first unbeaten regular season since 1975, by scoring 52 of their 58 points in the first half to destroy Seymour 58-to-6.
