The City of Pella’s electric utility budget is the key item on a short agenda for a special City Council meeting Tuesday evening. Along with the proposed operating budget for the 2010-2011 operating year, the council will review the electric utility’s proposed capital improvements program for the next five years. The special Pella City Council meeting will be held Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Pella Public Safety Complex off of Liberty Street.
