Marion County deputies and Columbia Rescue faced the darkness of night and frigid temperatures to rescue a man who was found in a field after a family dispute. The incident occurred at 12:22 Monday morning at 2192 132nd Place. Sheriff’s deputies spoke with the parties and concluded the investigation after the parties declined to pursue charges. Prior to the deputies arriving, Timothy Joel Dabb left the home on foot and was later found in a field east of the residence after Sheriff’s Deputies were notified by a family member. The family member told Deputies that Dabb was cold and could not walk. Columbia Rescue was then paged out to the scene and transported Dabb to the Knoxville Emergency Room where he was treated and has since been released.
