The investigation continues as officials try to determine what caused a single family home in Knoxville to start on fire twice in eight days. Knoxville Fire Chief Mike Roberts tells KNIA/KRLS news the state Fire Marshall was unable to determine the cause. The investigation did determine that the second fire started in the opposite room as the first fire on August 12, and both ignited on the second floor of the home. The insurance company has called upon an electrical engineer to test the wiring in the home and the Fire Marshall will make further determinations upon completion of those tests.
