The senior star has wowed Eagles fans for three years, and while that’s coming to a close faster than many would like it to, there very well may be another way to talk about his career — record-breaking. Andrew Schneider tracks Levi’s assault on state of Iowa receiving records in tonight’s Football Friday Night Feature.

Levi is 158 yards away from Grant McGraw’s career receiving yards record, and seven scores via the air away from snapping T.J. Hockenson’s career receiving touchdown mark of 49, set last year, when he broke that mark held by McGraw, who had 46.

In one week, football fans in the Tulip City will look to Paint the Stands Pink in honor of breast cancer awareness month. For some of the students cheering on the Pella Dutch, it took on a whole new meaning in recent years. Paint the Stands Pink will be hosted by both the Pella and Pella Christian Football Teams on October 23rd at both home regular season finales. Fans who wish to purchase the $5 “Fight Cancer” t-shirt can contact either Sports Page Sporting Goods or in the hospital’s lobby. Pink face tattoos of the schools’ logos, pink pompoms and glow necklaces will be provided at both fields.
