The Friends of the Knoxville Public Library book sale will start next Friday.

This is an annual two day event that coincides with the Knoxville Nationals. The sale will take place from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Friday the 8th, and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm on Saturday the 9th. Books are available for purchase on a free will donation basis. Knoxville Public Library Adult Services Librarian Cari Meissner says no additional donations will be accepted at this time. 

“The only thing we ask is for our regulars who know that they can bring donations, unfortunately we can’t accept donations at this time. Our store room is full of books so there will be a lot of good stuff to find, a lot of good stuff to grab.”

The Knoxville Public Library is located at 213 E Montgomery St.
