Central College is putting on a famous Broadway show. The college is currently producing a showing of the classic Broadway hit “Guys and Dolls.” The show originally hit the stage in 1950 and has stood the test of time, with repeated revival shows throughout the years in New York. The musical is a collaborative production from Central’s Music and Theatre programs. It’s being directed by Ann Wilkinson, Instructor of Theatre; Assistant Professor of Music Mitch Lutch is leading the orchestra, and Professor of Music Anne Petrie is the vocal director for the show. Guys and Dolls opens on February 23rd in the Central College Kruidenier Center, and will have shows through March 3rd. Tickets are available at the Maytag box office.
