The HCI Foundation recently helped give a family a night won’t soon forget. Six weeks ago, Alberta Fridley was given two days to live because of a brain bleed. But her family says that HCI Care Services did a fantastic job taking care of her, and her health has stabilized. In order to help celebrate, the HCI Foundation provided a suite at the Knoxville Raceway. Fridley previously lived in Knoxville and had seen many races, but some of her grandkids had not yet been to the Raceway. Debbie Kissinger, a development associate with the Foundation, says that it doesn’t just help out with the sick, but also helps grant wishes of families and friends who are affected as well.
