The parking-only rest area in Warren County on Interstate 35 is scheduled to open to the public next week. The rest area has been closed for the winter months due to safety concerns of larger vehicles navigating the sloped entrance and exits to the area. The rest area is near Saint Charles near milepost 51, and opens Monday, April 17th.
