The Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Knoxville will be working together on street repairs on Highway 14 and in the Rock Island Street intersection next week. Public Works Director Jeff May says highway 14 will be reduced to one lane northbound near the Rock Island Street intersection beginning Monday.
