The 2016 Knoxville Homecoming King and Queen have been crowned.
King Bennett Ball and Queen Lucy Olson were announced as this year’s royalty at last night’s Homecoming Pep Rally. The pair were quick to thank their friends for the honor after the coronation. The Homecoming Court is also made up of Nikole Cunningham, Shaye Nichols, Jacey Roy, Shannon Yocum, Dalton Stanley, Blake McClung, Jackson McDonald, and Jason Lee Grantz. The Pep Rally also included band performances, dance numbers, chants and cheers. Homecoming festivities continue today with the Homecoming Parade downtown at 3 p.m. and the Football game against Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. in Ken Locke Stadium.
