After a week or two without heavy rain, levels at Lake Red Rock have come down from near record highs earlier in the summer.

Outflows at Lake Red Rock are being held steady at 30,000 cubic feet per second after the lake level peaked Thursday at 775.9 feet which is 82% of the reservoirs storage capacity.

Outflows at Lake Red Rock have been reduced several times lately to mitigate the potential for flooding down stream and now outflows are being increased as the resevior fills up in order to maintain flood storage capacity.
