Customers of the Red Rock Lake Marina have been sent a letter from the law offices representing the Polk County Bank, which is currently owed more than a million dollars by the Marina, which is in receivership.

U.S. Supreme Court Allows Pella Corp. Suit To Move Forward

Jury Reaches Verdict in Trial Involving Pella Aquatic Center

Central Electric Company of Pella will pay the City of Pella nearly $800,000 in damages for breach of contract regarding the installation of underwater lights at the Pella Aquatic Center where two boys from Kansas City recently drowned.
