The Pella High boys’ track and field squad begins their outdoor season on Monday when they head to Waukee. The Little Dutch were supposed to race last Thursday in Washington against some bigger schools, but the meet was cancelled due to the conditions. However, the Waukee meet will allow Pella High’s boys to see some top notch competition. Coach Brent Van Hauen tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that mostly Class 4A schools will be in attendance at Waukee. First events are scheduled to get going at 4:30 p.m.
