The Lady Dutch volleyball team handily lost set one to Newton last night 25 – 14, which seemed to ignite a fire from within, as they come back to win the next three sets and advance to the next round in the Class 4A regionals, 25 – 18, 25 – 21, and 25 – 23.

Around 36 hours after losing in a five-set thriller to Grinnell, the Pella Christian Eagles volleyball team had the privilege to play them again at a mini-tournament in Knoxville on Saturday, and ended up coming away with a different end result, sweeping the Tigers 21 – 14 and 21 – 17.
