Knoxville City Council Approves Loan for Relief Sewer Project

The Knoxville City Council Monday approved the submittal of a State Revolving Fund, or SRF, loan application for the amount of $3,936,742.47 to finance the West Area Relief Sewer Project at the direction of the Iowa DNR.
