Two 410 drivers who have raced at the Knoxville Raceway this season have left their teams. Lucas Wolfe, who was driving for Todd and Susan LaHaise (luh-HAYS) in the Buffalo Wild Wings car announced that they and Wolfe have parted ways. In a press release they stated that their qualifying efforts were good, but fell short of expectations in the races. They have not hired a new driver…but will make an announcement shortly. The other driver who is now out of a ride is David Hessmer. He and the B-D-S Motorsports team decided to part ways after this past weekend’s races at Knoxville. Hessmer came out of retirement this season to run 410s full time for the first time in his career. No word on if there will be a replacement driver named.
