Mayor Zoutte Voices His Concerns to Iowa Senate Leaders

In light of the Iowa House of Representatives recently passing a resolution in support of a Veterans National Recovery Center at the VA campus in Knoxville, Mayor Don Zoutte recently sent a letter to senate leaders expressing his thoughts and concerns.
