At the recent Little Hawkeye Conference meet, the boys swimmers with the NCMP team placed 2nd as a team and won seven events.

The medley relay started off strong and close to a season best with a 3rd place finish, including Jonah Brown, Brady Comer, Eli Eekhoff, and Ethan Comer.

MacK Copeland and Drew Fuller were 3-4 in the 200 freestyle and both went personal best times. Mason Gaulke placed 2nd in the 200 IM. Eli Eekhoff placed 2nd in the 100 freestyle as well. Mack Copeland had a “gritty” 500 swim, placing 1st and hitting a personal best of 5:51.64.

Senior Jonah Brown was put in the lineup for the 100 yard backstroke and he went 1:05.14, placing 3rd. Right behind him was sophomore Drew Fuller who went a 1:05.41.
