The Pella Chamber of Commerce has a new employee. Lindsey Van Soelen is the new Director of Positively Pella, an organization that helps new residents get adjusted to the community. Lindsey grew up in Pella, and attended both UNI and ISU, earning a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. She hopes to increase awareness of Positively Pella and is currently working on ways to show potential new residents aspects of Pella before they accept a job so they can have a good sense of the community they are joining. Positively Pella continues to help residents after they have moved to the community.
