High Waters Prevent Repairs at Lake Red Rock

Though the water level at Lake Red Rock is slowly receding, the swollen lake has still prevented work on a handful of projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including the repair of a beach that was damaged by high waters in 2008.
