Pleasantville and PCM Wrestling Hit Mats Tonight

Both the Pleasantville Trojan and PCM Mustang wrestling teams will continue their seasons tonight, hitting the mats at different locations with the Trojans heading to Davis County, and the Mustangs staying home in Monroe hosting Collins-Maxwell and Saydel.

The Trojans are traveling out of conference to Bloomfield to take on the host Mustangs, joined alongside Pride of Iowa Conference rival Central Decatur and Albia. According to the latest rankings on IAWrestle.com, Chaz Clark has retained his ranking at 220lbs where he is ranked third overall in class 1A.

As for PCM, a team ranking of 9th overall in class 2A has made them tough to beat, with rated grapplers up and down the roster. Sophomore Payton Drake currently sits at 6th at 113lbs, Wes Cummings is 3rd overall at 160lbs, Lucas Roland is 2nd at 170lbs, and Jarron Trausch is 8th at 182lbs. None of the ranked wrestlers for the Mustangs are seniors.

Action starts tonight for the Trojans and Mustangs at 6pm, and full results will be on KNIAKRLS.com.
