After having a few athletes tied up during the girls’ State Basketball Tournament, and then nearly the entire team gone during last week’s Spring Break, the Pella Christian girls track and field team should be able to fully focus on the season ahead this week.

Jasmin Schelhaas is guaranteed to compete in at least two events on the big blue oval at this year’s State Track Meet, as the Pella Christian speedster earned two gold medals at Thursday night’s Girls Regional Track Meet in Eddyville.
