Pella Girls Edge Grinnell, Boys Dominate to Stay Perfect in League

Little Hawkeye Conference basketball is clearly being dominated by the Pella High boys. For the second straight game against a difficult opponent, the Little Dutch put the running clock on Grinnell and won going away, 89 – 52.

Lady Dutch Hold Momentum Entering Time Off

After consecutive tough losses to Dallas Center-Grimes and Ballard earlier this month, the Pella High girls’ basketball team has rattled off five straight tallies in the win column. They enter the holiday break with a 7 – 2 record, and played tough and overcame a top-ten ranked Fairfield on Saturday before demolishing Centerville on Monday.
