Jessica Holterhaus got things started on the right foot for the Pella girls’ track team at the Drake Relays on Thursday, as she finished tenth with a personal best leap in the long jump.

Here’s the schedule of events for our area athletes competing during the final day of the State Track and Field Meet. Marion County athletes earned an additional 10 medals during day two of the State Track and Field Meet yesterday, bringing the total medal count to 23 in the first two days of competition.

Day one of the State Co-Ed Track and Field Meet was a success for Marion County athletes as 34 events were in action and 13 of those earned medals, including one state championship.
