The Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Squad will have a couple of additions to the schedule this season. The Sabers will travel to Cedars Rapids on Thursday for a match up with Valley Lutheran, and later in the season on February 4th a road trip to Saydel. Coach Blake McWilliams tells KRLS Sports they are not afraid to play bigger schools in the case with 3A Saydel.

McWilliams:
“We got a few more games on the schedule and we were looking around for just about anybody to fill the schedule. That trip to Cedar Rapids will be a long one but it’s going to give us a chance to play some higher quality teams and see what we’re made of.”

The Sabers are coming off a 4-18 season last year. Twin Cedars travels to Wayne on Tuesday to get the season started.
